Cartier Stepped Tank Jumbo NYC Ref. 15716

Beautiful and very rare gold plated Cartier model made in a very limited run of about 2,500 watches between 1973 - 1976.  Please refer to the listing pictures for reference on the condition of the watch, as well as the details below. Please remember that it is an approximately 50-year old watch that has been worn with love.  Dial: Overall clean - please refer to listing pictures.  Crystal: There is a small scratch close to the middle of the crystal.  Case: Cracks, dings and wearing of the gold plating can be seen throughout. Please refer to the listing photos or request more if needed.  Crown/Cabochon: Original and in good condition.  Movement: The Cartier Inc. dial currently runs reasonably well but service history is unknown. A service would be recommended in the near future for continued longevity of the movement.  Strap: New black calf leather strap. This strap is designed for a single-fold Cartier deployant clasp, which is included with this watch.  Clasp/Buckle: The gold-plated stainless steel Cartier deployant clasp is in excellent condition.
